HOW TO ORDER

We offer a range of delicious menus with exceptional flavors and quality. Click on the images below to view our menus, fill out the order form, and email it—or a brief order summary—to info@catroux.co.nz

We’ll need all details to process your order and will confirm with an invoice once received.

For assistance with menu selection, hireage, or staff, include any requests in your email. Prices are GST-inclusive. You may choose to have items boxed for convenience or served on our platters at $2 per platter.

SPECIAL DIETS

We can cater to special dietary needs, even for small quantities. Add any details to your email.

DEADLINE FOR ORDERS

Orders must be submitted by 11am, two days prior to your event.

For Monday & Tuesday orders, please order by 10am Friday. Cancellations before our deadline incur a $25 fee for orders under $1,000, and $25/$1000 thereafter. Cancellations after the deadline will be charged in full.

If you require a designed menu - please allow 5 days.
All regular orders will be processed within 24 hours.

COLLECTIONS & DELIVERIES

Collections: 129 West End Road, Westmere.
(From the front entrance of our café.)

Standard Deliveries: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5:30pm, from $36; weekend deliveries start at $40

Early Deliveries: Surcharge applies.

Platter Returns: Customer to return by 10.30am next day or choose Catroux to collect starting at $18 (suburb dependent)

CATERING HOURS

Monday to Friday: 7am - 5pm. Saturday: 8am - 5pm
No catering on Sundays & public holidays.

OFFICE HOURS

Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.
Closed weekends and public holidays.
